Product Overview
JEV API 6D Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves are designed for reliable shut-off service in oil & gas pipeline, petrochemical, power, marine and industrial process applications. The trunnion mounted ball design is suitable for larger sizes, higher pressure classes and demanding operating conditions where stable ball support, low operating torque and reliable sealing performance are required.
JEV supports project-specific trunnion ball valve requirements, including full bore or reduced bore design, soft seated or metal seated configuration, special material selection, seat design, end connections, pressure class, testing requirements, coating system, actuation package and final documentation.

JEV provides in-process and final inspection according to project requirements. Available testing and documentation may include hydrostatic shell test, seat leakage test, low pressure gas test, high pressure gas test, PMI, NDE, fire-safe test documentation, fugitive emission test documentation, material certificates, coating reports and final documentation packages.
