JEV Large Bore Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves are designed for project-based oil & gas pipeline, process plant, marine, offshore and industrial applications where large size, high pressure class, reliable shut-off performance and robust mechanical strength are required.
With trunnion mounted ball support and project-specific seat design, these valves are suitable for demanding operating conditions involving high pressure service, long-distance pipeline transmission, special materials, low temperature service, sour service and actuator-integrated valve packages.

JEV provides in-process and final inspection according to project requirements. Available testing and documentation may include hydrostatic shell test, seat leakage test, low pressure gas test, high pressure gas test, PMI, NDE, fire-safe test documentation, fugitive emission test documentation, coating reports, actuator function test and final documentation packages.
